Do Good STL is a registered nonprofit organization founded by Jimmy Grimmett to help connect and empower the individuals and investors trying to make a difference in St. Louis’ underserved communities. We help small-scale investors and aspiring homeowners identify distressed properties in St. Louis and transform them into affordable housing. We work with Job Corps to allow young workers to gain valuable experience, multiplying the positive impact of each project. With our experience in construction, knowledge of city programs and procedures, and our network of partners, we act as a coach to individuals, families, and investors looking to create affordable housing in St. Louis.
